The technician was awesome. He came and fixed my washing machine quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after him self and also took the time to explain how to prevent the issue in future.

Koby was very responsive to my request and was great at getting my fridge cold again.

The machine seemed to have seized; it is an LG & the first people I called said they 'don't repair those'. I was a little worried by that response-but your guy showed up, quickly & efficiently assessed the problem, fixed it and took the time to make sure I knew what sort of maintenance should be done to avoid the same problem in the future! He was also very polite and affable. I am extremely happy with the job done & the cost. Thanks very much!
