This review is long overdue for the great work that Luc and his crew did on our house. My wife and I had been in our house less then a year when we found a serious amount of rot around one of our windows. After being in contact with numerous contractors we finally found Renovaction and were very pleased with their reviews and how they explained how things would be done and helped us choose colours for our new siding. The great customer service started right away when they came out and put up a temporary waterproofing around the damaged window to prevent more water from getting in until they were able to come out and start the job. They were the only company to suggest this even though all of the companies had a long wait to start. Throughout the process it was great to see the owner, Luc, come out every morning and check on the job which also allowed us to discuss any concerns we had and clarify what we were seeing. Matt and Corey were very friendly while working on the house and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving for the day. When contractors are working on the house I always like to be around to supervise but it didn’t take long to trust Luc's crew and feel comfortable with them. Early on, there was more unexpected damage found on another area of the house and both my wife and I felt comfortable in their ability to fix it. When the damage was discovered, the crew informed us right away and requested that Luc drop by so they could all agree on the best approach. My wife said afterwards that although discovering the additional damage was stressful, she was thankful that we had chosen Renovaction.

As I was told when I first contacted them, they are not the cheapest, however there were no hidden costs when it came to finishing the job and they did not cut any corners. We are very happy with the work that was done, they went above and beyond for us. We have since recommended them to family and friends and will be having them come back for additional jobs.

We are truly pleased with the new roof and have been surprised at how many neighbours and visitors have come and commented. They have only good things to say. Our choice of black was good too. There are no other black roofs in this area. And everyone seems to love the colour.
We are also pleased with the work done to repair the skylight area and with the new skylight.

Best renovator ever!!!. Had Luc and team install new siding with decorative stone. Based on the exceptional workmanship with fair prices we expanded the project to also include a complete interior Renovation. Cannot say enough good about Luc and team. Great communications during the project and exceeded all of our expectations in every way.

Serge & his crew did an excellent job! They were professional, conscientious in completing this arduous task. Serge was an excellent problem solver and resolved any concerns that popped up. Luc was very helpful in setting up our choices and selection of style and colour of siding. We HIGHLY recommend the Renovaction Company and in particular this crew to anyone.

My home's bedroom windows were in need of upgrading. They were non-ThermoPane and suffered from condensation in cold weather. I obtained three quotes, but the first two companies did not give me confidence in their quality of service. A friend recommended RenovAction and we met with Luc for an estimate of the cost as well as an introduction to their product. We were impressed with the quality of the windows and Luc's knowledge of the product. (That was March 9th). Today, Cori and Mat completed the installation of all three windows (April 6th). They worked efficiently and professionally. I enjoyed this friendly hard working team and I am delighted with the finished installation and especially the care taken of my property both inside and out. I am pleased to thoroughly recommend RenovAction.

I first met this company at the Home Show, checked in with them every year until finally I had some windows installed. This week with - 40 degree temperatures I had the remainder done. An outstanding job was done by Corey and Matt, with Corey recommending a modification to the front windows, and boy did they do a super job. It looks great. As usual Luc stops in to make sure all is well done.

Renovaction installed a metal roof to replace 13 year old shingles that had started to curl and come off. The employees of Renovaction are very knowledgeable about the product and the installation. Their dedication to doing the job right is truly amazing. The owner of Renovaction was over regularly to see progress and mare sure it was done correctly. They did not cut corners on labor nor on materials. Our roof is very beautiful and will last a very long time.

We just had the complete exterior of our house re-done by RonovAction from siding, facia, soffit and six windows. Luc and his tradesman (Corey and Matthew) were absolutely fantastic. True professionnals you can trust to deliver quality results. Luc provided us with all the information we needed and was extremely responsive to our queries and / or changes in plan. The same applies to his office support staff ( Shonda) who was always curtious and available. We are very satisfied with the outcome and and highly recommend RenovAction.

I called around to professional window & door repair & renovators had about 8 of them come over for estimates, but only one stood out against the rest. It was RenovAction “Luc”.
From his detailed analysis of the issue Luc found many vulnerability to the way the house handled water, his estimate also paved the way in determining other contractor capabilities.

In conclusion: I now have a nice clean basement no more mold smell, RenovAction even re-did my basement washroom “major overall” , he re-constructed the back wall of my house , new patio door redid my eavesdrop “properly”, and then the front , I went from a single door to a beautiful double door, the they cut brick and I think they even through in a kitchen sink!

About 18 years ago we had Nuden Windows install Magic windows and a front door for us. Luc Lachapelle was the installer. We were extremely pleased with his work. This year we needed other windows replaced and found Luc had a new company, Renovaction with the same quality product and workmanship.
