We once again called upon Renovaction to come and help us with our aged siding and the bugs that were living behind it.
This was a very big job as the house is on a slope and large and Luc and his team again came and did an absolutely fabulous job of the house. Communication was always very fluid and all the guys were once again top notch. I can't say enough about the quality of their workmanship and materials and it shows as the neighbours are continually commenting on the job.
These guys are definitely our go-to for our house projects. Well done once again Renovaction

For 25 years I have been chasing water issues in our stucco house. I was at my wits end. Then I met Luc. He knew exactly what the problem was and had a number of solutions at varying cost points. We decided to go with insulated siding over the old stucco. Of course when we saw what a transformation the house had ungone, we added a few extras - new front window, new side door, new lights, and a new railing.

Luc visited the site at least once a day. Jason and Jordan were the onsite the entire 4 weeks it took to complete the project. They were courteous, professional, and extremely skilled. The attention to detail of the job was exceptional.

My house has gone from the ugly duckling on the street to a beautiful swan. Wish we had met Luc 20 years ago!

We love our new sliding . The house is warmer in winter and cooler in summer . The workers where very polite and excellent . Luc stopped by everyday and answered all questions and fixed any problems. Doug the saleman stopped by to check on things . Not too many companies were you meet and chat with the owner and see the saleman after the sale.

I had insulated siding replaced on my house and the work was done very efficiently.
The two workers, Jason and Jorden were here every day on time and they cleaned up the the end of everyday. You couldn't get better workers.

We came across Renovaction at the Ottawa Home show and they have come and done a fabulous job at our home. We had 4 old leaky skylights in a small roof over our kitchen and under the guidance of Luc we came up wth a plan, which involved replacing the skylights and upgrading the roof. All the work was done to a very high level and Cory and Mat were curtious, clean, professional and friendly. The job was done on time and to budget and there was a flow of conversation between us the workers and Luc as to progress. We were also very appreciative of the before, during and after photos for our files as well. We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend Renovaction to anyone looking for a proper professional job to be done. I would include pics but the roof is covered in snow at this point. We have already noticed the kitchen area to have a more stable temperature because of the better insulation and workmanship. Great work!!

I had windows replaced and a full kitchen renovation. I am a construction project manager so I have seen a lot of contractors. Renovaction is the best in quality for the price I have ever worked with. The workers are experienced professionals with residential and commercial experience. They installed 3 windows, 2 in the living room and one in the stairwell. They had to create new openings. Every evening when I came home from work my house was clean, no dust, no boot prints and the new windows look fantastic.
The front door is the envy of the neighbors. The installation team Serge, Christopher and Remi were courteous and explained everything as they went. Their work is impeccable. Luc the owner was on the job site everyday to make sure things ran smoothly and let me know the progress daily. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Professional all the way.

Our contract with RenovAction consisted of 5 major items:
1. Building a replacement deck of the kitchen Bay Window.
2. Removing the kitchen Bay Window and replacing it with a patio door with adjacent Magic windows opening on the a/m deck.
3. Remove the existing Patio door and replacing it with a window.
4. Repairing and painting a Very Large fence.
5. Repairing and replacing a large shed on new and secure foundation.

All tasks were accomplished professionally and with complete satisfaction. The owner, Luc Lachapelle, ensured that the work was done according to contract and in accordance with construction rules and regulations sparing no efforts and material to do so. The Greatest Asset of RenovAction is the owner and the staff do not cut corners. For Mr Lachapelle and the staff if you are not satisfied, they are not satisfied. The work is redone and the material substituted if required to satisfy YOU the customer. The staff is totally competent and their cooperation is remarkable. One more thing which is sometime forgotten: cleanliness of the work area. It is a must for the company, ie, if you don't like the sound of a vacuum cleaner just go for a walk. RenovAction is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for any renovation work and as we have other renovations in mind we will not hesitate to call on RenovAction to do the work.

Our first contract with Luc Lachapelle was for to replace all the windows in our Campeau side-split home. At the time, Luc was a general contractor with Nuden Windows (not operating at this time). The staff were efficient, neat and thorough. Since having the windows replaced, we saved about 27% on heating costs, and the windows are so much easier to open and close. Luc was very good at keeping the project moving forward in a timely fashion, especially since we had the windows replaced during the winter. This positive experience led us to subsequent projects with Luc and his team of experts.
