Fortune Roofing

Please select your tradespeople carefully, using the Roofing associations approved lists. This contractor has had problems with BBB before.
Had my shingles and sagging roof replaced by Fortune Roofing. Panels are sagging after only 6 -8 months. Fortune will NOT even re-inspect issue from on roof or from attic; rather, they immediately pass the buck over to improper framing... again, with no inspection. Absolutely no way to ascertain cause "remotely", without even looking. Why would a ROOFING company fix an issue, as stated in the contract, if the root cause was not pinpointed? Entire roof is sheeted in same code material, yet sagging ONLY where Fortune roofing re-installed; the issue is most certainly due to the installation by Fortune roofing, as so many issues can go wrong. They had a "first day on the job" worker, under 18 yo, in training. So many install problems can arise.
