I bought a house from Royal cliff in Brampton gates of countryside phase 5 lot 8. This was my 4th brand new house. The finishing quality is worst according to my experience. It's only 2 yrs old lot of things start falling apart. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a house from royal cliff. Worst builder in GTA. Walls are off, nails r popping up everywhere also cracks in walls, Window jams r cracking, floor is shrinking, kitchen is falling apart

I too purchased a Royalcliff Home. I LOVE IT - I couldn't be happier with the quality and service I received from all involved. The sales team, the décor people, the site supers, all the trades people, the service department and all the helpful people at the head office. I made sure that I was informed of my rights and all the rules and regulations that are part of my Tarion home warranty. I know that it is up to me to make sure I communicate with the builder. My next home will be a Royalcliff Home

Bought a new home from Royalcliff home January 2009.My Home has been leaking in the front window from the first year the home has been constructed.Home continues to leak and Royall Cliff refuses to come out and see what the probllem is.$ times in 5 years i've had this problem and it is the same problem.Why does Tarion and the builder refuse to look into this problem.I can understand if this problem started recently,however everytime we get heavy rain and wind water comes through the same window.Royal Cliff said "it is your problem fix your home and then the ladey proceeded to hand up the phone".Contacted BBB and royalcliff wants me to prove that this happened in the first year and ongoing.I've told them to go back and look at the records to see that they sent Weston Flooring in twice to rip up my hardwood and they refuse.What recourse do I have?.
