Bought a new home from Royalcliff home January 2009.My Home has been leaking in the front window from the first year the home has been constructed.Home continues to leak and Royall Cliff refuses to come out and see what the probllem is.$ times in 5 years i've had this problem and it is the same problem.Why does Tarion and the builder refuse to look into this problem.I can understand if this problem started recently,however everytime we get heavy rain and wind water comes through the same window.Royal Cliff said "it is your problem fix your home and then the ladey proceeded to hand up the phone".Contacted BBB and royalcliff wants me to prove that this happened in the first year and ongoing.I've told them to go back and look at the records to see that they sent Weston Flooring in twice to rip up my hardwood and they refuse.What recourse do I have?.
