I was referred to Adriano by another highly rated appliance service firm and was very pleased overall. First, I had already done some research and was aware of the part that was required and Adriano didn't feel the need to question this or argue; he simply sourced the part, made an appointment with me and was there right on the dot. Some service organizations will surcharge the part. Adriano did not. His rate was very reasonable considering he had to travel to pick up the part. It may seem simple but he was the first service person to ever bring appliance skids to protect my slate floor! Adriano is very personable, he performed the repair quickly and efficiently, testing everything afterward and when he left, my range was new again. I would recommend Desi Appliances to anyone needing a repair job.

Adriano provided us with excellent service in repairing a number of issues with our stacked washer and dryer. He was quick to respond to my initial call, came promptly the following day to fully diagnose the problems, ordered the parts and returned a few days later to get everything back in perfect working order. Adriano was extremely polite and professional and was very patient and creative in dealing with our units that were stacked in a tough to access location. We called Adriano to provide a diagnostic on our Jenn-Air range which no longer worked. He arrived first thing in the next available morning before the long weekend and identified that our control panel needed to be replaced. We then asked him to check another issue where one of our burners no longer worked which he was able to do very quickly. After providing an estimate of costing for total service / parts he was nice enough to defer payment for this initial visit until he resolved the issues at the next visit. Adriano came back to fix both issues which he did within 15 mins. Now our Jenn-Air is working once again and we are super pleased. Great, efficient service, and friendly guy!
