Would definitely use this company again. They were courteous, honest & professional! They explained everything, took pictures to show us and we're very accommodating. There were additional costs (more vents then Groupon, blower cleaning, additional lines etc) but we expected this as our ducts had not been cleaned in many years. We are good for the next 2 years and will definitely use this company when the time comes again!

I bought their services on Groupon. But they did not show up on the appointment date then the rude lady over the phone told me that i do not have any appointment and next week somebody called me again and said i have appointment tomorrow.

I got my money back from Groupon but i wasted my 1 day for waiting for them.

Service is done professionally. The staff explained everything to us and are not pushy selling their products or service. I will get them again on our next duct cleaning.

Overall, I will gladly recommend them to our friends.

I was surprised by the exceptional customer service by Sarah and Razi. I was overlooking everything going on and Sarah educated me through everything. I looked in the truck at the equipment and they explained every step and indicated components to me. They explained the benefits of cleaning the blower for example. I had called before hand to see what was included (I bought a wagjag deal for $48. Blower is $80 extra, another hook up is $29, extra vents are $8 (5 more), dryer vent $80. My dryer vent was completely disconnected. They did such an amazing job and they are both very professional. I would recommend them to family and friends for sure. I thought I had gotten it cleaned 3 years ago but they told me that there were no holes for hook ups, I guess the company I had before only did my vents. I think as a home owner I will use this experience to over see all the work that goes into my home in the future. Great job guys thanks.

We just got our duct cleaned at our new house in woodbridge and this was by far the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time! Both employees that showed up were very informative and friendly in not only doing their job, but educating myself (a first time home buyer) about all of things I
should be aware of.

When there were additional services that could benefit me, they did not push me to get the services but left that decision up to me and allowed me to make the options.

Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend this service to anyone.
