Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Cleaning
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. We just got our duct cleaned at our new house in woodbridge and this was by far the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time! Both employees that showed up were very informative and friendly in not only doing their job, but educating myself (a first time home buyer) about all of things I
should be aware of.
When there were additional services that could benefit me, they did not push me to get the services but left that decision up to me and allowed me to make the options.
Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend this service to anyone.
