Nest and HVAC needs

Great customer service. I agreed to have a 24 point inspection done by Simply comfort, and the technician, Reza, that came to my house was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all their products and services. He completed the inspection and made me feel very comfortable with his explanations and service. He was very respectful and professional. I purchased a Nest thermostat from him and couldn't be happier with my decision.

Outstanding Customer Service

What an outstanding company. The amazing professionalism Simply Comfort's staff have displayed is beyond measure. My daughter and I have been suffering from eczema and dry skin and wanted to know how to improve our water quality. Simply Comfort send one there most knowledgeable technicians, Reza Heydar, and he showed us all the steps and procedures to improve our water thoroughly and efficiently.
We had our water filtration system installed the very next day by Simply Comfort and my expectations were always surpassed. What a clean and efficient job, no mess left behind, and most importantly, my water feels amazing on my skin. Thanks again Reza and Simply Comfort.

Simply Amazing

Today a man named Reza Heydar from Simply Comfort, came into my house and gave me amazing service. From the beginning to the end he had incredible customer service skills. He explained all the concerns he saw on our bills and helped us get rid of them all. From my family, I thank Reza for the incredible service he gave us. Simply Comfort is an amazing company which helps with your furnace, AC, filtration systems, etc. They are a company with amazing offers on hand and easy to understand, no BS services. We got the the furnace upgrade which included the NEST thermostat for an incredible price. I personally don't think you can get this from anyone else. It was a amazing offer that me and my parents both thought was incredible. Thank you so much Simply Comfort for the amazing offer and customer service. I GIVE YOU GUYS 10/10

Furnace Protection

I just moved into a new home and wanted to sign up for protection for my furnace, heater, air conditioner, and plumbing. Simply Comfort offered me the best price. And the representative Reza was extremely helpful and informative. Also I love my Nest thermostat. Reza was instrumental in getting it installed at my house.

Renovation and upgrades

Was renovating my house and a helpful agent named Nathaniel Girmaye saved the day. I was able to get a water system and many other upgrades thanks to him and simply comfort. would definitely recommend simply comfort to friends and family.

hot water tank

PLEASE PLEASE be aware of this company. Most people know not to use them. My father past away a few weeks ago. As I was going through his paper work I found a bill from them for $65. I further investigated and found out that he had been paying $65 a month for about a year now. I find it outrageous to pay that amount a month when I pay $57 every 3 months. When I contacted them about removing it they said I had to buy out the contract for $7300. FOR A HOT WATER TANK that I can buy at home depot for a little over $1000. There is no way out of the contract. I do have lawyers involved but there is not much I can do. The new home owners don't want it and I can't blame them! This company goes door to door hoping customers wont actually read the contract. People just like my dad who thought it sounded good. So In the end these people are going to get any money that is made off the sale of the house!!

Water Tank Inspection

Simply Comfort sent 2 of their technicians to inspect my water tank. Todd Keller and Jenarthan Thiru provided a level of customer service that went over and beyond their call of duty. These technicians cared and took the time not only to install a state of the art thermometer but made sure that my billing was correct. Todd took the initiative to correct this mistake with the previous provider. Job well done and very appreciated.

High efficiency furnace and A/C installation

So impressed with Simply Comfort! They recently came into our house just to check the water heater and we asked the representative, Alex Vorobiev, information on changing our furnace and air conditioning. Alex was terrific! He sat down with us and gave us detailed information, answering all our questions and really making us feel completely comfortable with him and the company. When we decided to go ahead with the job, he set things up and made himself available to us for follow-up. Very professional!
They came in within the week. The work was done quickly, very efficiently, with no mess left over and the few holes that were made in our ceiling were dry-walled back up to perfection. Very pleased with the service!

Furnace/AC Upgrade

I wasn't planning on changing/upgrading my furnace, A/C or water heater when a rep from Simply Comfort showed up on my doorstep. He asked to see my furnace and even though I was reluctant I allowed him into the basement where he performed a 24 point inspection. Upon completion, he recommended a furnace upgrade. I wasn't convinced that it was necessary and wasn't prepared to do the upgrade.

It wasn't until Shawn Joseph and his associate showed up that I was convinced and I knew that I would proceed with the upgrade. Shawn was professional and very knowledgeable about the products. He was very thorough in outlining the benefits of the upgrade and explaining the savings that could be realized. I was sold. I upgraded furnace, A/C and water heater.

I appreciated the fact that Shawn was patient and took the time to fully explain the products and benefits of the upgrade. It was refreshing to note that even though he was passionate about the Simply Comfort products he was not pushy or aggressive. It is my opinion that Shawn is definitely an asset to the Company. Thank you Shawn!

Outstanding Rendition

Simply Comfort has rendered excellent and unparallel services to their customer which has surpassed all wrong notions I had about their expertise. This was proved by the exceptional service extended by Liby Thomas, Regional Sales Manager and Ashley Tatarinova, Vice President Business Development. I was in a confused predicament about my charges on several of my products from Simply Comfort since there was no transparency on the modus of the billing process .My request for clarification was responded promptly by Ashley and she made arrangements to send her best person to my house to help me comprehend things better .This person was none other than the Regional Sales Manager ,Liby Thomas.He came over today and spend a couple of hours to explain and shed more clarity on how the system works and demonstrate operation of the NEST thermostat .He was very patient and did not show the panic either in his voice or actions .He patiently took the time to express his purpose of visit and ensure that his customer got the best value of the products .This indeed makes one feel that the money they spent on Simply Comfort Products is not an extravaganza but a valuable investment in the long run.I was very impressed with the knowledge and skill set that Liby had. He even went above and beyond to help me fill up the water softener with salt which of course is not a part of his job. He offered to come again to ascertain that I was confident on NEST operating system. I was very impressed with this exceptional rendition and was relieved that I am in fact not wasting my money but adding to my earnings over time .Highly appreciate the prompt response from Ashley Tatarinova and acknowledging the concerns of a customer and above all directing actions on a positive track .Having an employee like Liby Thomas would be a valuable asset for any organization. I have high regards for Liby and his professional approach to resolving customer complaints. He recognizes the fact that customers are a strong foundation for the success of any business and today he proved this by giving his positive commitment to my grievance. Thank you Liby and Thanks to Ashley for directing the right person on this errand.
