I have to say, Angelo the sales rep provided the absolute best customer service I have ever received. He went so far out of his way to help me in choosing a furnace and AC and helping me with questions along the way. Absolutely fantastic guy.

So the day of the install, Todd and Kyle showed up. Both very friendly and knowledgable people. I was told they were the best of the best. They were done in around 4 hours and everything was hooked up and good to go. Great.

However, a short while after they left I noticed my dog was choking on something outside. I reached in his mouth and pulled out a 3" copper pipe and a bolt that he had found near the AC unit. A little worried, I went over to the AC and noticed a ridiculous amount of garbage left everywhere. All kinds of screws, copper pipes, wires, black foam, brackets, you name it. I've included a picture (not in the photo is the copper pipe and bolt, I had already thrown those away)

Needless to say, I was extremely unimpressed that they had left all of these items everywhere. They knew I had a dog, so they should have been even more careful.

Ather Hassan has come to our home on several occasions to provide us with prompt and courteous service. We have had him repair our furnace as well as come in to replace a leaking gas valve in our kitchen. I just call and he is usually here within a few hours. Very professional and always willing to explain in detail what the problem is. Thank you!

I woke up to find my furnace was off so I called Ather Hasan from Cosmopolitan Heating & Cooling. I have had Ather before and he was excellent and very informative. Ather tried to trouble shoot over the phone but I decided to have him come and do a Service on my furnance as it was winter and I did not want this to happen again. As reliable as always Ather appeared on my doorstep about one and a half hours later ready to fix my furnace. Ather is such a good worker and is always ready with good information and tips to help maintain your heating and cooling systems. I know I am in good hand when Ather arrives as he is so conscientious and very knowledgeable about home systems. Thanks again Ather for a prompt job well done.

Outstanding job by Ather Hasan! Arrived same morning that i called. Analyzed my problem, explained everything and fixed it very quickly. Dealing with a broken furnace so close to christmas could have been a stressful situation but Ather took car of everything. A job well done!

Fred did a complete inspection, testing & cleaning of my furnace & went over all the results with me. He also diagnosed a problem with my central humidifier & returned the next day with a replacement humidistat to fix it under warranty. Kevin from mechanical dept. was very accommodating in working with my schedule to get everything done on my days off.

Athar is a Senior Service Technician and a gas fitter at Cosmopolitan. Every year he services our air conditioner, furnace and tankless hot water system in our house. He always takes the time to try to explain everything, cleans up afterwards and is very considerate (always removes his shoes in our house, etc.). Top notch work.

Athar also recently went the distance for us in helping us convert our barbecue to gas (the hardware store said it was easy and we could do it ourselves - ha!). The barbecue works great and has given us many good meals in our backyard. Thanks for everything Athar!

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Athar. He arrived on time and was very patient, thorough and careful in checking out all the systems. He had a lovely, kind and calm manner and took time to explain the concerns he had and some other helpful information about our furnace. The pricing was very reasonable as well. My son is suffering from allergies from dust, so I get my duct cleaned every. Year. This year Cosmo thech cleave came to our house. He was polite and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job.

Previously, I got my furnace fixed from Cosmopolitan Heating & Cooling Services.The technician named "Rafi" came at my place, he was very much Professional, Punctual, Skilled and knowledgeable. He diagnosed & fixed the problem with in an hour and also charged very reasonable price of $123 of total. I recommend every house owner to go with this company for their HVAC needs.
