I have to say, Angelo the sales rep provided the absolute best customer service I have ever received. He went so far out of his way to help me in choosing a furnace and AC and helping me with questions along the way. Absolutely fantastic guy.
So the day of the install, Todd and Kyle showed up. Both very friendly and knowledgable people. I was told they were the best of the best. They were done in around 4 hours and everything was hooked up and good to go. Great.
However, a short while after they left I noticed my dog was choking on something outside. I reached in his mouth and pulled out a 3" copper pipe and a bolt that he had found near the AC unit. A little worried, I went over to the AC and noticed a ridiculous amount of garbage left everywhere. All kinds of screws, copper pipes, wires, black foam, brackets, you name it. I've included a picture (not in the photo is the copper pipe and bolt, I had already thrown those away)
Needless to say, I was extremely unimpressed that they had left all of these items everywhere. They knew I had a dog, so they should have been even more careful.
