Furnace repair

I had a tech from a different company over to look at the furnace and they quoted me $2100.00 to fix the furnace. Apparently the motherboard and motor needed to be replaced. Called Jamison in the early evening of the same day and asked for them to come give me a second opinion. They were there the next morning and within 10 minutes they figured out that the issue was the flame rod. The Jamison tech also advised me that the previous tech unhooked the pressure switch so our furnace wouldnt come on. Jamison is prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Dont go any where else, I will be a customer for life and will refer my friends to them. Thanks Jamison!!

New furnace required?

Was shopping around for furnace quotes after our home inspector suggested our furnace may need replacing. Other companies came by to measure and sell us a furnace The tech with Jamison suggested doing an inspection first. He ran through the entire function of the furnace with me and let me know it was running like a top. Suggested that replacing individual components is much more economical. This type of service goes a long way and guarantees them my business in the future.

Great service

Moving & Storage review in Calgary

Furnace quit on the coldest day of the year -34 c.
They arrived the same day, with the required parts.
Kurt was great he got our furnace going within an hour after arriving.
Great service brrrrrr......

My furnace broke so I decided to look for repair shops online. Saw they had 5 stars so I decided to call and it wasn't far from the truth. Great costumer service, very knowledgeable technician, and all in a couple of hours after I called. Price is the same with other repair shops but the service 100% perfect. Happy customer here!

Furnace repair

In Oct. 2019 the furnace was not working. Jamison was very prompt and came in to fix it within a few hours. They replaced the ignitor with a better model.
In Dec. 2019 I was having the same problem. Jamison was even quicker to come in. They found that the previous ignitor was a faulty one and was not igniting. They replaced it with another one. All work was still on warranty so there was no charge.
Charles from the first call and Curt on the 2nd call were very friendly and explained what the problem was and what they did to fix it.
Very happy with the service.

Jamison’s went above and beyond for us! When we first contacted them about our dead furnace, Susan was so helpful in offering us possible solutions to save us the service call, and they did work, albeit temporarily. We called back a few days later and Curt came and assessed the issue. He was respectful of our time and our home and we are thrilled to have heat again! A few homes in our neighbourhood are currently replacing their furnaces, we are so grateful that Jamison’s saved us that headache. We would not hesitate to recommend Jamison’s or to use their services again.
