In Oct. 2019 the furnace was not working. Jamison was very prompt and came in to fix it within a few hours. They replaced the ignitor with a better model. In Dec. 2019 I was having the same problem. Jamison was even quicker to come in. They found that the previous ignitor was a faulty one and was not igniting. They replaced it with another one. All work was still on warranty so there was no charge. Charles from the first call and Curt on the 2nd call were very friendly and explained what the problem was and what they did to fix it. Very happy with the service.
