Jamison Furnace Ltd

We were referred to Jamison Furnace by the company that installed our furnace in a home which was built three years previously. Susan, who took my call, kept me informed about scheduling and arrival times. Curt was very professional and courteous. He explained how he diagnosed the problem and informed us of the costs given that it was a Friday late afternoon and after hours charges would apply if we chose to repair over the weekend. We chose to wait until the following Monday and were given clear instructions on how to keep the house warm in the meantime. They also communicated with the original contractor and arranged to
have the very expensive part ( fan motor) to be covered under warranty. The repair took place as scheduled. Curt replaced the defective part in an efficient manner and had our furnace working as promised. A very positive experience with this company. They were very responsive to our concerns, respectful of our home and most of all, did a great job! No hassles, no surprises! Thank you, Susan and Curt!

So very pleased with Curt and Jamison Furnace. Not only did he have the part needed to get my home warm and toast he was able to fix it very quickly. Friendly phone customer service, along with Fair and rapid service made my day.

The furnace was loud on starting not firing every time . I phoned Jamison on sunday and Kurt told me someone could come right away but it would be $100 more than if I waited until Monday. He said the furnace would be okay. The temperature was around 0 and sunny so it sounded like a good idea and sure enough all was fine and the furnace was fixed on Monday and I saved $100.

Our furnace stopped working and we called the repairman based on a recommendation. Curt drove down, was exceedingly patient while we sorted out the basement access.

Then he diagnosed the broken belt from a poor installation, and fixed it. Fantastic service and good conversation.

I have used Curtis and Jamison 6 years or more. Our home has 3 furnaces and 2 garage heaters. I have complete confidence in Curtis and his team and although my garage heaters are problematic they give me a clear picture of what has to be done. And Sally in the office is the best.

He recommended them highly. Craig is very knowledgeable, he talked me through what was going on and made adjustments to correct the problem.
Jamison was a second look, the previous company just told me I have to repalce the furnace. The furnace is only 7 yrs old. Highly recommend this company and I will use them for all my future inspections.

The leak was discovered over a long weeks. They responded professional, in time, and good communication to schedule appointment. The tehnician was very friendly and knowledgeble. Explained the concern and gave feed back on furnace issues for future.

They were excellent. They was referred to me by a friend who used their services before and was very happy. Our furnace was not working and after I called them, their tech guy came over same day and fixed the furnace same day.

They came very quickly. David was very knowledgeable. Very thorough. Fixed the furnace and checked many other things. Checked the entire house with a co2 sensor. I would definitely recommend them. Thankyou!
