Best furnace service

Jamisen furnace is not only the best furnace repair and service company I have ever dealt with; they are probably the best trades people ever in my experience.

Reliable and trustworthy, they explain in detail and in lay terms what needs to be done. They have never oversold me in the six or so years I have used them. Everything they have done has been perfect.

HRV installation

Calgary

From start to finish great work, with a quick quote, to ordering the the equipment to installation. Work was done quick, and the installer explained how it works and operation of the system. Cleaned up after. Installation was schedule and made it on time

A/C service

Calgary

Have used Jamison in the past and get great service as always! Kurt was prompt and got right to work diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Our A/C wasn`t getting cold enough but works excellent now. We use Jamison for all of our HVAC needs and will continue to do so in future.

Furnace motor replacement

Great service. Curt is extremely knowledgeable and only provided the service I need at a fair price and did not try to upsell on extras (like all of the other companies out there). At the end of the install, Curt noticed something that didn't quite sound 100% right. Told me to monitor and he would come back an replace if it did not correct once the furnace had warmed up. Would definitely recommend to use this company again

Well I can't control (and thus can't guarantee) whether or not the brand-new-straight-from-the-original-equipment-manufacturer motor comes out of it's box working properly or not, but I can ensure that when from time to time that new part is factory-defective, we'll replace it at our expense with another new one that works properly.

Here is my feedback from using company's services:

Positive experience: Knowledgeable, polite.

Negative experience: Inflated materials, nontransparent charge; not punctual (2+ late), unprepared with materials evens so the issues were communicated before the visit that resulted in extra service fee.

I would not recommend this company considering the above.

Susan was amazing at handling the initial panicked and freaked out state that I was in when my furnace stopped working. I call Curt the 'furnace whisperer'. He sussed out the problem quickly and fixed it just as fast. Both are kind, honest and respectful and I highly recommend them!

Had Jamison Furnace in to repair my furnace. The experience was exceptional from arrival to completion. At every step of the way I was informed as to what could possibly be the reason and was shown the part that required replacement.
