I had a cleaning and inspection of both my furnace and a/c. The technician was very thorough. He added value by showing me how to keep my outdoor a/c coils cleaner and provided me with safety tips for my furnace based on my dryer and vacuum locations.

After having our spring time service, it was advised that we get our ducts clean, so I booked in the Duct cleaner, Milton.

Milton was on time, very neat and clean, and he answered our questions without hesitation, and always with a bright smile.

At the same time, I had to also hire a plumber due to a dripping shower head for the bathroom shower. I phoned for a plumber that morning, not expecting that they would do the same-day service, but because I have a service plan with Roy Inch, they did. Chris phoned before arriving, arrived within the amount of time he stated, and was very friendly and personable. He also showed us how to tighten the bolt that had come loose for future reference, and informed us of the guarantee that if the leaking should reoccur within 30 days, they would come out again and fix it for ONLY the cost of parts (No service call charge due to the warranty)

I have used Roy Inch and Sons for years, and have never had a problem with them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a heating, duct cleaning, plumbing group.
