Our air conditioner had gone on the fritz at the hottest time of the year. We were afraid we'd need a new one. Josh serviced our machine with promptness and efficiency. Polite and knowledgeable individual.

Josh & Jesse were exceptional. They took the time to check everything, and then thoroughly review what they found with us. They also took the time to set up an appt. in the fall for our humidifier, and next year for our air conditioner. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Roy Inch & Sons to anyone.

I called the service number and got the after hours number. I explained my situation that the pilot light on the water heater was not staying lit and asked for them to send someone to take a look. They could not get out to repair the issue until the next day in the afternoon, leaving us two days without hot water. I took some time off work to come home to meet the technician, only to find that the technician was a plumber and did not have a gas ticket so could not do the repair - extremely frustrating when it was clearly explained on the phone that the issue was with the hot water heater/pilot light (i.e. GAS!). Clearly you need to provide better training to those answering the phones and booking service so they are aware of what type of technician to send!

They could not reschedule or send the proper technician to deal with the problem that day and would not be able to get out until the following evening, leaving over 3 days without hot water...due to their own careless error.

We initially approached Roy Inch as they had originally installed the system of the home we just purchased so we figured they would know the system best. We were also going to sign up for the yearly service program at some point but will now seek another company as this is leaving a sour taste. We will not be dealing with them for any further services or maintenance - terrible service and incompetent after hours service call center.

I was very pleased with the service that Jeff provided today. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and helpful. He made some great recommendations to help improve our efficiency and safety. Overall I don't think the service could have been better!

I was very pleased with the care which Krys Kowalski, Maintenance Technician, demonstrated today doing the annual furnace and AC inspection. He answered my questions and demonstrated how settings should be for optimal efficiency. Plus, he took the time to clean my gas fireplace's glass. He was polite, on time and efficient.

Today Josh and his trainee Jesse provided the annual service checks on the furnace and A/C units. Josh is a fantastic mentor for Jesse with both men carrying on the tradition of all the Roy Inch staff as being polite, professional, knowledgeable. They verbally communicated any recommendations as well as provided a written report. There are many competitors in this service sector but I have never experienced any others with this quality of workmanship and employees.

Our Air conditioner would not start and we checked all the obvious reasons then call Roy Inch and Sons who immediately scheduled an appointment from 12 to 2 pm the same day. About 1:20 our Service Expert, Josh called to introduce himself and indicate that he would arrive within 20 minutes. He and his trainee, Jesse, arrived promptly, were courteous, and thorough in their investigation to discover the cause of our problem. It turned out to be that our thermostat was not functioning properly and they replaced it with the expected positive results. could not be more pleased nor impressed with the methodical and logical approach to diagnosis and management. The Expert was a patient and thorough teacher to the Trainee despite the extra time this takes.

I woke up this morning with no air, knowing it was going to be the hottest weekend we have had so far we called Roy Inch and the said up an appointment for this afternoon. Josh was our service guy and he was amazing! Explained everything to us and answer about a billion questions we had. He was honest and was not trying to push us to buy stuff. We did buy a service plan which made the price higher but totally worth it. He got us cooling off and gave us some good advice we are going to follow about maintaining these systems.
Thanks Josh we appreciate your time and professionalism.

Josh and Jesse were in to replace the pressure switch on the furnace. They provided excellent service. Not only did they change the switch; they also corrected a problem with the drain cap, and answered my questions on the replacement of the water heater.
