I would highly recommend Reid's Roofing after they completed my roof this week. Aaron Reid is very professional and I could tell within minutes of speaking to him that he is very knowledgeable with the work that he does. I was very happy with the quote. His crew was awesome! They worked hard, the clean-up afterwords was perfect and all of them were very polite. Aaron came by afterwards and went up on the roof to double-check the work which he said that he does for every job. I really was impressed. I asked for extra business cards which I will happily hand out to anyone interested in a new roof. It was money well-spent.

Reid’s Roofing has just completed roofing my townhome and the townhome of my immediate neighbour. The entire process was an excellent experience – from estimating the job to the finished product.

I particularly appreciated the way Aaron Reid explained the basic components of the estimate as well as the options we could select. He made it clear what the benefits of each element would be and how each would contribute to the finished product enabling our new roof to stand the test of time and weather conditions.

In addition to using quality products, he demonstrated his personal knowledge about the workmanship required to install the roof with such statements as, “We’re good nailers!” This ability is a critical element of the workmanship required to do the work well. And the company’s workmanship warranty was a great benefit – in addition to the manufacturer’s product warranty.

The contract was agreed upon and the work began on schedule – as the weather cooperated. The crew took particular care in protecting all ground areas surrounding both homes as well as moving lawn furniture and plants to less vulnerable areas during the work. The clean up afterward was equally careful with no damage.

Also, I appreciated Aaron’s final inspection of the roof to ensure that the job done met all of his company’s standards of care and workmanship. And my neighbour appreciated Aaron Reid’s evening visit to explain the damage found on her existing roof and the repair work that was undertaken to fix the problem before installing the new roof.

Reid’s Roofing –An Amazing Renovation!!

Recently I had the opportunity to confer with Aaron Reid about the renovation of my roof. Having been in my house for over 30 years, I had redone the roof a few times previously using various local contractors, none of whom had ever addressed all of my concerns effectively. My roof had many unique problems, and I was quite concerned about all of them being resolved. Aaron listened diligently to my current concerns, and I sensed right from the beginning that he would pay special attention to my particular issues. I must say that the evidence of his attentive listening was certainly reflected in the final outcome of my project!

I found that Aaron and his entire team worked most cohesively together to complete my project exactly as prescribed. The crew members were polite, focused and paid attention to complete my project precisely and meticulously. I was impressed with their professionalism, craftsmanship, and with the very obvious pride that they displayed in their work. I observed during completion of the project that each member of the Reid’s crew displayed noticeable respect for my property and for each other. They paid particular attention to even the tiniest of details, and when they were finished my entire grounds showed virtually no evidence of them ever being there!

The end result for me is a roof that looks far superior to any that have been installed in the past. The front of the house has been transformed into a beautiful welcoming entrance with the new roof, fascia and soffit which Reid’s Roofing has installed. My neighbours have all commented on the curbside appeal that my house now exudes, and in recent bouts of wild stormy weather we were safe and protected under our beautiful new roof!

I highly recommend Aaron Reid and his team at Reid’s Roofing for anyone needing a new roof. Of all of the renovations which have been completed on my house, this one is the most impressive in terms of the quality of workmanship and beauty of the finished construction. This company most obviously cares about the job they complete for you, and will make sure that it is done precisely as specified. I can’t believe how much the appearance and function of my home has been improved!
