We recently just bought a house that needed a lot of work. With a baby on the way and our closing date fast approaching we were pressed for time. From trim work to, installing wood beams, Justin Gray and his team exceeded our expectations. There is not much this team can’t do. Justin’s professionalism and work ethics made sure everything was done and with great quality. Through every stage no corners were cut, we are very pleased with the outcome. We had purchased this property with the building in bad shape, the city had designated it demolition by neglect, as we are very passionate about history we decided we would spend the money to renovate. Justin was in charge of the general contracting which was to basically rebuild while maintaining as much of the original as possible.
Justin shared our passion and didn't just repair , but rebuilt this home to the original design.

Gray's Construction collaborated in building my cottage from demolition of the old building to turnkey occupancy. The entire build was completed in less than three months and the work is first class. I was also very impressed with the professionalism of Justin and all of his employees including the cleanliness. This was about as smooth as any construction job could be. The cost was significantly more than 100k but my budget was very well adhered to.
