Grays construction were chosen to do a reno of the Picket octaganal house built in 1854 We had purchased this property with the building in bad shape, the city had designated it demolition by neglect, as we are very passionate about history we decided we would spend the money to renovate. Justin was in charge of the general contracting which was to basically rebuild while maintaining as much of the original as possible. Justin shared our passion and didn't just repair , but rebuilt this home to the original design.
