Dealing with Arco, and Art was easy and simple. No BS just everything delivered as promised, on time. I Will recommend them to anyone! Art is very personable and know his area of expertise.

Great service and honest information. Another company wanted to replace the whole roof and this company educated me that the Majority of the cedar shakes were still in great shape and I could replace a portion of them and they would provide a 5 year guarantee. Only cost $1000 compared to replacing the roof for $25,000. Cedar shakes are well understood by Arco Roofing and they are your best bet for an Honest and excellent work.

I contacted ARCO after talking to my neighbour who was very satisfied with the work done on his roof by ARCO. The response from Art at Arco was quick. The inspection was thorough, and the work was done a week later. I am very happy with the result and will recommend this company to anyone in need of ceder shake repair.

Art and his team gave a detailed (including pictures) estimate of the work that was recommended. Once we agreed to do the work, a schedule was given and kept. The work was done efficiently and professionally. I will be calling Art to do the next inspection in a year or two.

This was the third time we've used Art (Arco) - this time was for our five year maintenance to replace any broken shingles, etc. We used them originally after a few years after we moved in to fix things up as the roof had received no attention since the house was built (mid-80s). The amount of work completed the first time was higher because of this, but Art assured me that in future visits at five year intervals, the amount of work and cost would be much lower - and it was! In addition to using Arco for the roof maintenance twice now, we had them do a large project to improve some dripping after having the eavestroughs replaced and they did an excellent job here as well. I would trust my roof to no one else now! Looking forward to dealing with Art again in five years time.
