Our cedar shake roof was in desperate need of repairs and maintenance, and we had a very small window of time to complete the work before listing our home. After speaking with Art about our situation, he was incredibly helpful in offering solutions for getting the work done in a timely manner, and was confident that he could match or lower the cost of the service quoted by the competition. Art provided a detailed description of what to expect with the inspection and repair process. We needed a small roof repair before winter and chose this company based on the positive reviews. They came out immediately and discovered two other areas of our roof that could have started leaking. They took photos and had very thorough explanations. They repaired those places and I had them come back in July for roof maintenance to replace around 500 shakes and 15 ridge caps. The employees were so respectful, polite, quick, and cleaned up afterwards. They were careful around our flower beds. I highly, highly recommend Art and his employees for any roofing needs!!

Working with Art and the Arco team has been a pleasure. They delivered their service efficiently, on time, and with great care. He delivered on everything he promised including and highly thorough photographic inspection, which really helped us make a decision as to whether to replace the whole roof or just parts of it. About 4 years ago my 25 year old Cedar roof started leaking during rain storms with high winds and I so checked around and was almost resigned to replace the roof as numerous companies told me it couldn't be repaired. Then I contacted Art at Arco Property Solutions and he came right over and did a free complete evaluation of my roof and assured me that it could be repaired and with regular maintenance every 5 years would last me for many more years. He repaired the leak and performed the recommended maintenance and I have him scheduled for regular maintenance every five years. Recently during a high wind storm some shingles blew off and he came over even in the middle of the winter and did some minor repairs to make sure I didn't get any leaks on my new hardwood floors. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly and have recommended him to other friends and neighbors.
