Chadwick was very professional, efficient, and did excellent work! He originally installed the dining room light and ceiling fan. He did such great work I had him back to correct some kitchen electrical and to change the under cabinet lighting. I would definitely hire again and hghly recommend!!

We are in the process of turning our house into a duplex, and tried the Shock Doctor for the first time, to meet our electrical needs. the experience has been worth sharing with anyone else needing professional electrical work.
Our electrician, Jonathon, was a pleasure to meet and he is a confident and talented young man. It was obvious from the start, that he knew what he was talking about. Upgrade and relocate electrical outlets. Dryer, freezer and disconnect one outlet and relocate approximately 2 feet from existing location.

I called the Shock Doctors a few weeks ago, when I plugged in a grounded power bar into an outlet in the basement. My power bar has a light to indicate if the ground is functioning correctly, and it didn't light up. Turns out whoever wired it had reversed the polarity of the wiring, which is a potentially dangerous setup.
So I called them in, and they were friendly, professional, got the job done quickly, and to top it all off, the Electrician was very nice to my 3 year old (which if you know 3 year olds, it's a great thing to have people be friendly to them).
I've already referred them to a friend who had asked about recommendations for electricians -- that's how satisfied I am with the quality of the work and the level of customer service.

We've used the shock doctors for nearly three years now for all our electrical needs, but I'll review our first experience with them! We purchased a mid-70s house in Innisfil that needed a LOT of electrical work, including a ton of aluminum wiring pig-tailing. Chad spent a week at our house replacing outlets and fixtures, getting everything up to code, and did so with a smile on his face and occasionally a cat on his shoulder. We've used them multiple times since and have never had a bad experience. Highly, highly recommended.
