Chad and Aidan showed up on time and conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner throughout the day. They began with a full inspection of our house and ended with a thorough cleanup. They communicated clearly and were up front about all costs associated with the scope of work. Their workmanship reflected a high level of competence and they gave us added piece of mind. Standard pigtailing of aluminum wiring to copper devices, although ESA approved, is not a permanent or safe solution according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The Shock Doctors are the only electricians in the GTA that use AlumiConn connectors to remedy the issues associated with aluminum wiring in a permanent fashion. If you want to sleep better at night knowing that your house is safe and sound, you certainly won't be disappointed if you call The Shock Doctors.

For the amount of work to do, the guys were pretty quick. About 3-hours to change out 21-pot lights, two GFCI outlets, install three new LED switches and run a new line/switch for the furnace. Very clean, no damage.

Light fixtures installation

We recently had Jonathan to our house to install two light fixtures. This was the second visit as we had an incomplete light fixture the first time Jonathan was here. He was very patient and understanding. During the second visit Jonathan completed the job, cleared the garbage, and cleaned up the mess. The Shock Doctor’s customer service is 10 out of 10 right from the time the phone is answered until the job is completed by the electricians. We will continue to use their services, as well as recommend them to our friends.
