Optima Windows and Doors

Replaced 6 windows in our home. Artur and his crew were very professional, old windows removed, new ones installed with no mess. We would highly recommend Optima to our friends and family.

Remove all the windows and the patio doors. Inspect the building structure for damage and fix as needed before replacing the special order windows and patio doors with black trim.

Had my windows installed in July 2018, but wanted to see how the windows performed in the extreme summer heat and freezing cold winter.

I can say without a doubt that these windows are incredible!

The house was cooler in summer. The slightly (green) tinted glass kept out the sun's uv rays and also made it a little more difficult for people from seeing directly into the house.

Triple panes cut out almost all of the outside noise and there's a lot as we live behind a small park.

The house is warmer in winter and even with the extreme cold we've had, not a single drop of condensation has appeared on the windows or sills. That in itself, at least to me, is amazing. With our old windows, a thick layer of ice would have formed where the glass meets the frame.

The window cutout for the patio door looks amazing. The mason did an incredible job of replacing missing bricks and putting in a stone threshold.

Overall, Kyle the sales rep was knowledgable and friendly. He answered questions whether by phone or text promptly. The installers, led by Artur, were skilled, methodical and fast. They kept the house clean with drop clothes and constant sweeping. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful as they filled out the paperwork for the GreenOn Rebate. All I had to do was send them before photos of the windows.

When it comes time to replace my basement windows, I'll be contacting Optima Home Improvements.

I had my windows replaced in December 2018 and I would have to say that I am very satisfied with the job that Optima did.
Ben and his crew worked hard to get the work done in two days, even though it was cold and windy. They were very clean with their work, put down "painters" carpet everywhere they worked and the finished product looked great.

Ben and his crew did a very good job installing 20 windows in my house. They spent three days on the job during frigid Toronto winter temperatures and icy conditions. The finishing is very good and we were happy with their services. I recommend doing business with these guys.

on the product. Well, I should say that Optima's windows are great and Optima's team did a fantastic job! We took advantage of GreenON program and decided to change most of our windows. . Within a week I had a very reasonable, no-pressure quote. What a great team ..... Installer "Atry" kept me informed of all the steps he was taking. The quality of the workmanship and windows is top notch. We left the installation crew home for the most of the day I can't tell there was any work done, our house looked clean.
