Optima Windows and Doors

Optima windows did a phenomenal work for us in a very short time. We needed a couple of windows replaced, Kris and his team were happy to help, shared their experiences and provided great suggestions. They are very professional, polite and great team to work with. I would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

We had all of our windows replaced by Optima on March 2019. Gleb was our first point of contact. He is very friendly and provided professional advice in choosing the windows. He gave us a demonstration of windows and high-efficiency glass that will be placed on windows and how it helps in maintaining house temperature and at the same time save money. Gleb was very responsive and responded to our queries quickly and helped in coordination between his team in the office and installation team. As mentioned by Gleb, Ben arrived at our place to measure windows in less than 5 days.

Optima office called us a week before agreed upon installation date, gave us proper instructions over the phone, followed by email for e.g. cover furnitures with plastic sheet, remove curtains/blinds etc.

Chris called me a day before installation and re-iterated the instructions and he was kind enough to extend his help to remove snow around house, if required. On installation day, Chris and his team arrived on time at 8 am. They were very detailed, clean and careful with installation despite freezing temperature outside, they replaced all of our 15 windows in one day. They laid down carpet everywhere they worked and cleaned the house very well, including vacuuming and took away all debris when they left. After installation, Artur made a final walk through with us to make sure we were pleased before leaving the job site.

After replacing windows our house is toasty warm, which was never the case before. Overall we are very pleased with work and very big thank you to Gleb, Chris, Ben and entire Optima installation team from RK and Smitha, Mississauga

Replaced all the windows. I strongly recommend taking the advice of Chris and Artur. The suggested window style may cost a little more, but it is worth it in the end. Our house is now too hot, so we had to lower the thermostat. No more cold drafts throughout the entire house.

If you are looking for something very specific, pay strong attention to detail and have extremely high standards, you will be very pleased with the results from this team. There will literally be nothing to complain about.

Optima replaced several large windows, a large patio door replaced and a wooden window box covered with aluminum and it has been a great experience right from the original quote through to the installation. I was kept informed all along the way. Artur and the crew doing the installation are incredibly professional. Artur made a final walk through with me to make sure I was pleased before leaving the job site. They cleaned up and took away all debris when they left. Replaced 6 windows in our home. Artur and his crew were very professional, old windows removed, new ones installed with no mess. We would highly recommend Optima to our friends and family.

Remove all the windows and the patio doors. Inspect the building structure for damage and fix as needed before replacing the special order windows and patio doors with black trim.

Had my windows installed in July 2018, but wanted to see how the windows performed in the extreme summer heat and freezing cold winter.

I can say without a doubt that these windows are incredible!

The house was cooler in summer. The slightly (green) tinted glass kept out the sun's uv rays and also made it a little more difficult for people from seeing directly into the house.

Triple panes cut out almost all of the outside noise and there's a lot as we live behind a small park.

The house is warmer in winter and even with the extreme cold we've had, not a single drop of condensation has appeared on the windows or sills. That in itself, at least to me, is amazing. With our old windows, a thick layer of ice would have formed where the glass meets the frame.

The window cutout for the patio door looks amazing. The mason did an incredible job of replacing missing bricks and putting in a stone threshold.

Overall, Kyle the sales rep was knowledgable and friendly. He answered questions whether by phone or text promptly. The installers, led by Artur, were skilled, methodical and fast. They kept the house clean with drop clothes and constant sweeping. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful as they filled out the paperwork for the GreenOn Rebate. All I had to do was send them before photos of the windows.

When it comes time to replace my basement windows, I'll be contacting Optima Home Improvements.

I had my windows replaced in December 2018 and I would have to say that I am very satisfied with the job that Optima did.
Ben and his crew worked hard to get the work done in two days, even though it was cold and windy. They were very clean with their work, put down "painters" carpet everywhere they worked and the finished product looked great.
I highly recommend Optima for this job.
