Great windows and excellent customer service
We had our windows done in summer, I was waiting for a couple months before writing the review just to give an honest opinion on the product. Well, I should say that Optima's windows are great and Optima's team did a fantastic job! From the moment of our first call to the office, meeting the salesman, installation of the windows, the whole team kept surprising us with top rate service from the beginning to the end. The installer, Artur, did everything possible to minimize our inconvenience, office responded promptly to all of our emails and telephone inquiries with clear information to all our questions and concerns. We love our new windows! We would highly recommend Optima to anyone!
