Blocked Downspout on high 2 storey home. Technician was very courteous. Job was completed along with a couple of minor repairs.
Disappointed the repair team showed up with no prior notice of their coming to the house. Luckily we were at home when they arrived.
Problem appears to be resolved.

There are many trees around our home and shaving the eavestrough cleaned on a regular basis is costly. As well, we were having the eavestrough painted as needed.
We had a quote that was much cheaper from a company that basically covered the eavestrough with a mesh seal. We decided to go with Trades by Jack. Their services provide an eavestrough that is sturdy and made to protect any debris from entering and clogging the eavestrough. Service was completed in a day, completely contact less. The workers were professional and installed the system as promised. Weeks later I received a call asking if everything was working as hoped with the eavestrough. I replied, “most definitely!” I generally do not provide reviews but I think that this service is exemplary!

Great quality products. Most decorative and functional exterior lights in town! Great workmanship and employees. Hard to open manual (interactive not a pdf) for a person who struggles with technology.

We have rather a large house multi story and the gutters needed replacing as some were leaking.
Leaf guard came and did a wonderful job of replacing the old gutters and down spouts. No more worrying about leaves in the gutters.

Love the leaf guard system. No more climbing ladders; dirty gutters; improved the look of the house and the downspouts are sturdy & strong. Can be moved or lengthened with one phone call. Very impressed with the customer service and care. The tech could not come out at the appointed time. We were advised and given a gift card for our trouble - having to reschedule. Tech did get out on time for the re-scheduled appointment. Was quick; knowledgeable and very polite
