We had 4 cameras and a doorbell camera installed in our home for security. We chose them because they have been in the business for many years. Tim the sales person came out to our house and went through the locations where we wanted the cameras. He was very professional and accommodating. We agreed to have it done and the install came very quickly and efficiently done, and looked great.

I have been with Abbey air for many years and I even had them install a new furnace and air conditioner. They sold me a service plan which included a furnace and air conditioning inspection. this was in July now they inform me that they have a new service and mine will stop in Oct. The new plan of course is more expensive so I wanted to get some of my money back and cancel, GOOD LUCK I have called several times and either no information or they don't call me back. This is a brand new furnace and air conditioner, shouldn't need service for a long time. This is just a way to get more money out of the customer. Disgusting.

Salesman was very friendly told us exactly what the situation was that the delivery would be delayed. It came sooner than expected. So far we’ve had the fridge two days no problems too early to comment on Future problems.

Our Furnace which was only 10 years old, which had been installed by a so called "reliable company" , had water running from the furnace. I called Abbey Air for which I have used their services for over twenty years to come and sort it out. They found that the problem came from the air conditioner. I asked about fixing the air conditioner and the technician said that it was possible. We then went in and looked at the furnace and found that it was rusting from water running over the parts. We then decided to replace everything. We chose to go with the very best furnace available, hence the higher price. The work was done immediately. Three technicians spent all day and removed the old furnace and air conditioner and replaced it with the new ones. We love the new system and it has a 10 year warranty.

It was Saturday night and we had no hot water almost no water was coming from the tap. I went to the basement and shut down the heater because it was gas fired and I was afraid what might happen. I called Shortt Stop Plumbing and he said he would be at our house in the morning at 10am! That would be Sunday !! He actually came at 9:30 am and went right to work. He said that the pipe in the water heater was clogged and replaced the clocked tube and redid the pipes going to the water heater; the water heater is now neat and tidy and works perfectly. We needed help and Dave the plumber came, on a Sunday would you believe. This is service that goes beyond.

We had several Trees trimmed and some Cedar trees lowered. They arrived exactly when they said they would and went about doing the job quickly safely and did a great cleanup after. I will definitely recommend them for tree service.

OnWall did my garage floor and it looked beautiful for the first year then two small chips came away from the floor. I wasn't worried because they guarantee their work. I called several times no returned call. I sent them pictures of the problem and no response. I can't deal with these people if they don't even have the curtesy to return my calls. I finally gave up. STAY AWAY FROM ONWALL Solutions

We have rather a large house multi story and the gutters needed replacing as some were leaking. Leaf guard came and did a wonderful job of replacing the old gutters and down spouts. No more worrying about leaves in the gutters. They came and did a terrific job , cleaned up and left in one day. They came when expected did the job and left. Thanks

Brian is a professional electrician, He was very efficient and knows his stuff. He just gets on with the job and certainly knows his stuff. Thank you Brian for a job well done.

I had OnWall Solutions install my garage floor and it was beautiful, but over the winter two small spots came off. I called Onwall Solutions to have the spots repaired now repeatedly in 2016 only to have them say that they will fix the problem, but I'm still waiting a year later. Lots of promises but no action. NOT VERY REPUTABLE.

Dave is a Master Plumber and you can trust him when he says that. We have had Shortt Stop Plumbing in our house three times now. Every time the work has been of the finest quality . I most highly recommend Shortt Stop Plumbing. He installed a steam generator and a new bathtub along with new shower, vanity taps and repaired our toilet.

George turned our old bulk head shower and our master washroom into a master piece. He was right on the quote that he gave us. He put up dust shields to protect us from the dust which is generated when he removed the old washroom. He was always consulting us so that we knew what he was doing and looking for our approval. I just had a call from the new owner of Clearwater Ponds to reassure me that they will look after me. I really appreciate that, as the company had changed hands. It appears that they still care for the customers that were with Clearwater Ponds before the take over. I had a waterfall and stream into a 8ft by 10ft pond installed late last fall, then this spring there where new owners. I had some trouble in the beginning contacting them but thanks to the new owner contacting me I feel assured.

We had a Kinectico water system installed and the installer Gary was very professional and clean. He had to hook up to our refrigerator as well. Consumers rated this system as the best one for filtered water. I recently called Gary to purchase new filters and he came that very day.

We custom ordered and received the most beautiful railings. They were installed on the date promised and the work was done with care and precision. The quality of the railing was excellent.

We just had our garage floor finished. Before the floor was painted with gray garage floor paint and it would flake and come off and then track into the house. Onwall installed a new floor and it is just beautiful. They were very efficient, they came when they promised. The job was completed in a short time and looks great. We had lot of water running under our sink. It was Good Friday and we were afraid that no one would be working, but we called Shortt Stop Plumbing. Dave came to our house in about an hour. He fixed the problem and did an absolutely fabulous job. He really knows what he is doing, He charged us regular rates even though it was Good Friday. Shortt Stop Plumbing is our plumber from now on.

The installers were good, however I can;t say that for the salesman. We had shutters that we wanted to reuse as they are expensive, which we pointed out to the sales person. The windows that he chose had a window crank and lock that stood out so far we can't use the shutters.

I had the electricians from Odin Enterprises a Mr N.B.Mayer and his assistant come to our house to do some electrical work they arrived exactly as we had arranged and I found them to be very professional and not only fixed what I had pointed out but Mr. Mayer was able to advise us as to what condition the house wiring was in. He replaced some of the defective wiring which I was concerned about because the fixture was making a humming sound. Mayer was very helpful and most polite. I would very highly recommend Odin Enterprises.

The job was done when promised and quickly. Three electricians made the job go very quickly and they even installed a light switch that I hadn't asked for as a courtesy. A job well done. Thank you

In Sept of 2008 I had a leak in the garage of my home which was only eight years old, I was surprised that this could happen so early in a relatively new home. I noticed a home not far from where we live that was identical to our home, but the roof had downspouts where we didn’t have, and this was where the problem had occurred in our home. I inquired to the owner where they had their roofing repaired and they said that it was” All-Can Roofing”, so I gave them a call. I spoke directly with Elvis and a crew came to our house and re shingled part of the roof and fixed the leak and also fixed the downspouts. The job was perfect and the price was reasonable.
