When I called in to ask for a quote to get my dryer vents, A/C and furnace inspected and cleaned, a friendly staff explained the procedure to me and quoted a great price. I was looking to get my duct cleaning done at the very last minute as I was moving into my new house and they managed to fit me into their busy schedule. They are easy to get a hold of. The technicians who came to my house were very knowledgable and were also keen enough to give me tips on how to change my filter when it needs to be changed. Anyone looking for great service at a reasonable price should try 360 duct. We can certainly feel the difference in the air we breathe.

They arrived within the specified appointment window. Both technicians were very professional and knowledgeable, did the work efficiently. Gave me advice on how often to replace my furnace filter. Would recommend.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They told us they were coming at 0800 called them at 845 and we were told someone would be there soon. Then called again at 0915 and was told then that they were scheduled from anywhere from 8-10. Then when they came in with their muddy shoes they tracked it all over our house including our carpets. They broke the tile in the kitchen at the vent and blamed it on it being cracked to begin with, which it was not before. Instead of cleaning the ducts they used power air to blow the dust around. We had to vacuum the whole house again after they left.
