360 Duct

I decided to try 360 out after seeing a Groupon for their services. The price seemed reasonable, and despite hit and miss reviews here on Homestars I bought the service.
When I called to book my appointment, I was told the earliest the could do was towards the end of January - almost 4 months away ! This is NOT the time of year you want to have your front door wide open for a few hours !
I have since writted Groupon to voice my displeasure and ask for my money back.
Buyer beware...

Purchased a deal off Groupon with 360 Duct Ltd.
they did arrive an hour late but it didnt bother me.
Two people came and got it done in about 1 1/2 hours..
Very well explained, very friendly and polite.

They Arrived on time, the quality on the services was excelent.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It took me forever just to get an appointment with these people. Then they said they were coming at 9am and showed up at close to 4pm. All they do is blow the dirt around in your ducts they don't actually clean it out.

I bought this duct cleaning service with home furnace/air conditioner inspection service though groupon and i'm glad that i did .... excellent quality service and work have been done very fast. I will recommend this service to everyone.

I purchased a groupon for duct cleaning with 360 duct.
They did a very good job when they finally arrived. I was told when I booked the appointment that they would arrive between 8-10:00 am. I called to find out what the situation was when they were already 30 mins late and they reassured me they would be there within 45 mins, 2.5 hours later they showed up.
All that aside, they were honest when we asked them questions about what they thought was necessary for our furnace and a/c.
One feature that I thought was great was they took a video of the inside of the furnace/a/c and were able to show us the before and after of what they did!
They threw in a free filter since we had some additional work done that we hadn't intended on.
All in all we were very happy with the job they did. They were honest with us and we appreciated that!
We will use them again!

I bought the service for air duct, dryer vent cleaning, and AC inspection. The technician showed me the video of AC status and is very nice and patient to explain to me after inspection. I also bought the service for AC cleaning. After the work is done, he show the difference and change. I am happy with their service.

Technicians at 360 Duct Cleaning were very polite & helpful. They've pointed out some problems they've discovered during the inspection and had given us the options on how to fix it. Technicians helped us sealed the holes on the ducts previously made by prior home owner. Technicians were professional and helpful.

The technicians were professionals, and well mannered. They took their time to inspect my furnace and my ducts. They were kind enough to let me know that my air conditioner had a lot of construction dust, which other duct companies failed to do so. They cleaned my dryer vent at no extra cost and prevented any future fires to occur!

The gentlemen at 360 duct were polite and helpful. They located a problem with my air conditioning coil drain on inspection. The water was not draining. They cleaned it out. It is draining nicely now. This issue would have resulted in magnified problems in the future. I am glad that they were here and caught the issue. Thanks fellas!
