I decided to try 360 out after seeing a Groupon for their services. The price seemed reasonable, and despite hit and miss reviews here on Homestars I bought the service.
When I called to book my appointment, I was told the earliest the could do was towards the end of January - almost 4 months away ! This is NOT the time of year you want to have your front door wide open for a few hours !
I have since writted Groupon to voice my displeasure and ask for my money back.

Our company is very reasonable with the prices for the services provided; especially our Groupon deals. As well, many of the other customers have called and booked in for all the time slots available anytime before January 2014, meaning that there is not much that we could be done about the available time. Also no where does it state that there is a time limitation as our Groupon does not have an expiry date. We would highly appreciate if reviews were written based on the quality of the service provided rather than being based on personal inconveniences from not being able to book an appointment given that there are no suitable time slots available; and not having tried our service.
