Troy was great and honest about our squirrel problem. He gave us tips and examples to help us prevent them in the future. This is the second time we have used this company and have had Troy come out. He has been professional, honest and I would definatly reccomend him.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They told us they were coming at 0800 called them at 845 and we were told someone would be there soon. Then called again at 0915 and was told then that they were scheduled from anywhere from 8-10. Then when they came in with their muddy shoes they tracked it all over our house including our carpets. They broke the tile in the kitchen at the vent and blamed it on it being cracked to begin with, which it was not before. Instead of cleaning the ducts they used power air to blow the dust around. We had to vacuum the whole house again after they left. Never Recommend them Ever.
