Flexible and prompt service - there were many options for service dates within 2 days. Michael, the technician, phoned to confirm, arrived early within the 2 hr window, quickly found the problem and advised the lowest cost solution. Friendly and efficient all-round.

These guys showed up on time, quickly after I called, and were very efficient in getting in and diagnosing the problem and fixing it. I just trusted them right from the start and was not disappointed. They will be my "go to" guys from now on.

Mike arrived at my door to fix a GE washer that would not drain and he was great from the get go. He scared me a bit when he thought it may be the electrical mother board but he tried many different options and then it worked. Mike is very nice and explains everything as he tries to fix the problem.

They are a bit expensive but I think most are in the same ball park. At least Mike came as three other companies who advertise that they service Etobicoke would not come because they said that I am too far west in Etobicoke.

Ben the owner has been to our business to fix a washer now twice, he is quite knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with.

Called 24/7 Appliance Service and was very pleased that they came so quickly (within the 2 hour time frame given). Mike was courteous and called my cell to give me a closer time frame. Fixed problem quickly and cleaned up.

We were so happy Mike was available on a Sunday afternoon. He was punctual, polite, professional AND he fixed our washing machine! Our Whirpool compact frontload washer was not able to drain because of two hair bands / elastics that had got stuck. Mike solved the mystery and fixed the washer. My Miele dishwasher was not draining properly and therefore would not complete the wash cycle. There were other companies who would not service Miele due to its proprietary nature. 24/7 discovered a broken piece of glass in the drain system and the dishwasher works fine now. Service took 10 minutes but cost $120 which was a bit expensive.

They were fast, clean courteous and fixed my ailing dishwasher, checked te wahsing machine and fixed the lights in the range hood.

Never been so happy to unload the dishes from my newly fixed dishwasher!!! Had a wonderful experience with Mike from 24/7...Called on Thursday afternoon and scheduled for him to come on Friday morning. Showed up within his estimated time window and he immediately assessed the situation and gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix. Fixed the problem very quickly, with ease. Refreshing to deal with a very pleasant person and felt very comfortable with him in my home with my two young children and myself.
