I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with my recent shopping experience at Stylo Furniture. After carefully selecting a sofa set, which included a three-seater sofa and a loveseat, I agreed on a price under the strict condition that the items would be delivered on time. The salesperson hastily secured a deposit from me and then the remaining payment the very next day, promising a smooth and timely delivery.

However, the reality was far from what was promised. On the day of the delivery, only the three-seater arrived, and it turned out the loveseat wasn't even in stocka fact they intentionally ignored to mention during the purchase.
When I tried to resolve the issue, reaching them became a nightmare. My calls went unanswered for days.
When someone finally did pick up, instead of offering solutions, they fabricated many different stories to cover up their blatant mismanagement.

Worse still, instead of professional courtesy and attempting to solve the problem, the owner resorted to outright insults over the phone. It's shocking and unacceptable to experience such rudeness.
They're selling stock they don't even have!!!!!!!
I talked to my lawyer who will follow up, because after nearly a month now, I still have not received the missing loveseat and the company continues to avoid my inquiries.

They said they had the item in stock and it would be delivered. When they didnt show up for delivery they declined all calls. When I showed up at the place they were deflecting all questions. They called back a few days later saying they have to order.. I told them not to since until I called them back. I called them back and then they said they ordered it and refused to give me back my deposit and wont answer any calls. They are saying anything to get your deposit as stated on many reviews. Very disappointed in their dishonest sales tactics.

on May 4th, 2023 purchased Closets & Mattresses from Stylo Furniture. Again received best service from Mr. Rahat. He is so kind and friendly towards his clients and keep them up to date.
Got all the delivery on time. I would definitely recommend Stylo Furniture to everyone.

I bought sofa set. Excellent service and quality. Furniture arrived just after a week, though they said it might takes 4 weeks.

Bought chairs from Stylo. very satisfied with the purchase, quality and customer service. The deal was that if there is any issue, they will come and fix it. In fact, there was a very minor issue with one chair color. They picked that up from home and had it fixed for us.

My family and me have been a long time customers of Style furniture store because of excellent service. the whole staff are honest and very cooperative. I recommend to everyone who are interesting on geting good deal and good quality furniture.

The owners do not care about your time and will swap in a different model without telling you. We ordered a bed frame from them. They originally said it would be ready in two days, but it took two weeks for them to say it was ready. We called ahead of time to confirm it was onsite, and they said yes. When we arrived, the owner tried to swap a different, cheaper model without letting us know. He wouldn't let us open the box in-store to verify, but he eventually confessed that it was not the same model when we pressed him. Do not buy anything from this store, but if you do, check what you purchase first.

the worst place to buy furniture, they take your deposit and never answer your phon. this store should close for ever. I am going to call the police this time they don't give my furniture or pay back the deposit.

My parents purchases a sofa, love Seat and one chair. Upon receipt of the furniture we identified numerous deficiencies that needed to be fixed. We contacted Hamid and Rahat immediately but they ignored our calls and when we did get through they explained it was not their problem but with the manufacturing company. Absolutely unacceptable! We are still trying to resolve this issue. It shocks me that they are still in business with such poor quality/customer service. We will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and even considering small claims at this point. We do not want their garbage in our house!!
