Their salesman, Justin, seemed professional and knowledgeable but once we signed on the dotted line and gave an 8k deposit, Justin was a ghost.
Although I left multiple msgs for him at his cell and the main number, he never called back. The project manager, Daniel, was marginally better. The project took 3 months when we were told it would be about a week. We were left to manage subcontractors on our own, such as the paver & stone masons. There was never any proactive calls by Daniel. We were left to our own devices to figure out who would show up each day. Often no one would show up. In the end the subcontractors did a good job and we were happy with their work. In my opinion, LF Builders added nothing to the whole process except an exorbitant bill

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. They take your deposit and never show up again. And it seems that they are all in on it, as no one will answer your call when you're looking for your deposit or an answer, no matter which number you call. I'm looking into Small Claims Court now as a result.

Very disappointed I paid a deposit 16 months ago approximately and have had little contact since. We have spoken to the office once since June, no other calls have been returned or emails answered. Seemed like very nice people when I signed the contract with them but apparently not as reputable as they appeared.

I contacted L. F. Builders again after they responded to my review and after two weeks the matter has been resolved to my
satisfaction.

We had Vito and Sam come to repair some cracks in our concrete foundation in our home in Waterloo, and the results look great! They used Durock to repair and cover the cracks, and our home looks much better.

We just recently had our entire eavestrough system replaced by Sam, Oswaldo and their team and couldn't be happier with the final outcome. Our previous eavestrough system wasn't terribly old but put together by what seemingly was a blind person so this job offered a few challenges. There were a few bumps along the way but there was great communication and the final product looks better then I had envisioned. I can be and probably one of the pickiest people around, as I expect an insane amount of detail in any job that is done and they listened to us and made everything perfect without hesitation. I am very grateful for that. Of course we haven't had a big rain yet to test these out but I am hoping all will be smooth. If not... I'll be back ;)

The bricks in my walkway at the front & side of my house, were subsiding by the house & I was afraid of water/ice getting to the foundation. It was a small job & none of the adverts I had seen mentioned "repairs" except this one. I was very impressed with Samm Simon & his workmen, who did an excellent job. Should I have any other similar problems, I would certainly call him & have already recommended LF Builders to some of my friends.

I've worked with Sam and his crew on 2 patio jobs...one at my old home and now at my new home. The crew was very professional and everything was tidy when they left. The finished patio looks fantastic.

Rebuild of 19 year old interlocking stone and front steps. We got a quote on Wednesday evening and the work was complete by noon Friday. They were able to use existing material and did a wonderful job. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Professional in all aspects. Would certainly recommend!
