Thank you for your review Collin, I would like an opertunity to express my thoughts to releate to your review unfortunately our goal is to make sure all of our customers are left happy and with the thought they have made the right decision choosing Blue Lake as there contractor of choice, as to the complaint it was unfortunate the trees didn't do so well in the soil conditions presented in your yard this unfortunately happens some times with planting a living organism it may not survive in certain conditions, your change order for the grate was submitted late to the office and do apologize it didn't get to the field on time to get done the concrete chips I don't recall any issues with that on your file.

Linzey, I am sorry you feel this way our team did an exceptional job on your project unfortunately you were un happy with the colors you selected off our color charts, we indeed confirmed these colors together prior to the order and after the work was preformed we carried out the project as per the specs that were selected at the time you signed your contract agreement, its unfortunate but there is nothing we can do for you at no additional cost, otherwise we would have been happy to help you further.
Thank you for your review Marino, we endeavor to make everyone's experience with Blue Lake a positive one unfortunately your project did have some delay's and due to bad weather and the hail that occurred in Calgary's surrounding areas siding installers were very difficult to get a hold of in the time we required your soffit to be done, your project required a lot of attention to detail as you are full aware of with the amount of work that was required on your sites there's always a chance things may not go as planned and it was unintentional and we will strive to improve from this experience.

Dear Mr Greenspan, I would like to take this chance to express my thoughts on your review although after discussing this further with our personal we cant seem to determine which site this is you are referring to, I can comment on the change order fee of $150. being apart of our company procedures when changing any details after contract is signed the $150. is charged to cover the costs of administration involved in making the changes this is standard across the board in the industry, to hear all your plants died after one season seams odd and alarming I would have to say it sounds like the soil that is present at your home could be the reason or over watering this is a living organism and unfortunately if not taken care of using the appropriate measures the result is negative, ultimately this is no company's goal and certainly not Blue Lakes, we strives to better our capability in improving performance with product we install for customers in there landscapes.
