This company is horrible.-
- Chipped and uneven concrete relief lines done after the fact with a handheld concrete saw.
- Drainage grate not installed
- 4/6 dead trees they damaged when planting
The owners only care about getting paid and not about their work and will try to bully you into paying. Complaint is being filed with BBB.

- Treat their customers with more respect and not try to get out of honoring their warranty.

- Find another contractor to do the job. They will regret dealing with Blue Lake.

Thank you for your review Collin, I would like an opertunity to express my thoughts to releate to your review unfortunately our goal is to make sure all of our customers are left happy and with the thought they have made the right decision choosing Blue Lake as there contractor of choice, as to the complaint it was unfortunate the trees didn't do so well in the soil conditions presented in your yard this unfortunately happens some times with planting a living organism it may not survive in certain conditions, your change order for the grate was submitted late to the office and do apologize it didn't get to the field on time to get done the concrete chips I don't recall any issues with that on your file.
