Blue Lake Landscaping & General Contracting

Had my basement finished by Blue Lake in 2017. Bedroom, Den, Bathroom, Window Cut. Blue Lake was very professional and the finished product highlights the attention to detail. As with any renovation, the project ran into some unknowns, but Fab was fair, timely, and realistic when working around them. My project was completed on time even with added scope. The real highlight of Blue Lake is the contractors that were completing the work. Every single contractor framing, plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical etc. were extremely professional and seemed to always have comments or suggestions about making the final product better for us (without added cost). They seemed to actually care about the project. Furthermore, everyone was very mindful that we had a toddler and very pregnant lady in the house. If you are looking for a cheap, delayed, slapped together basement then I would not recommend Blue Lake, as they are in the business of providing a quality product without cutting corners.

I tried few different contractors and they messed up with my basement. Then I talk to Fab. GM of blue lake and explained all the situation. He took care of everything right from beginning until the end. We are very happy with everything they did for us and we wanted to mention one point about their exceptional services that they never disappoint us and did changes and modifications as per customer need without any hesitation. Awesome company and awesome people to deal with. I will highly recommend everyone to try blue lake if they want quality and hassle free work.

I've had a dead side yard for many years. IT was a muddy space where nothing grew no matter how hard I tried.

The job was a small one. And several established contractors did not even bother to offer up a quote. Or even just tell me they were not interested.

Blue Lake had the decency to not only show up and give me a quote. They came and built me a great patio.

When I found some problems I let them know and they sent someone out who fixed them up.

I now have a great patio that I am planning to use every summer .

I reviewed several contractors, met with each of their folks and established that Blue Lake provided the work/professional attitude that I was seeking. We did experience some weather delays, as the season was bad for everybody in 2016, but I was pleased that Blue Lake respected the order of my projects, and sought my permission to reshuffle my projects, before changing our agreed dates.

I was most pleased by the dedication of their staff when they worked past midnight to ensure that my garage pour was done properly. I can also note that they worked well with my other contractors, and respected my decisions to use their competitors for some portions of my projects.

Most importantly to me is that Blue Lake offered the best pricing, by a significant amount, over 2 other estimates. I was confident that they were a reputable organization; and they delivered above my expectations. Thanks for your excellent service and workmanship.

I had inquired about having upgrades done to my backyard, like a double garage, driveway, new deck, shed pad,cement patio pad, new grass, new fence, new walkway in the back and the front, upgraded sprinkler system, and tree removal.

Blue Lake was able to complete all renos in a timely manner, even with the rain and hail we had. The crew was pleasant and friendly. The owner was great to deal with, he matched other quotes, he made suggestions to help keep the cost within my budget. My overall experience with Blue Lake was great.

Blue Lake helped me in deciding what was the best course of action to complete my backyard project. I did inquire about patio stones and just regular paving for the entire backyard but they suggested I try the exposed concrete solution they offered. In the end I was very pleased how it turned out and it was the cheaper option than going with a full backyard of patio stones.

Work was done professionally and once started progressed with no issues. Extra requests that came up along the way were also able to be handled with little resistance and the gentleman carrying out the work were more then willing to handle the tasks. A small job by Blue Lakes but carried out with the highest of quality work none the less.

Every single employee of Blue Lake was outstanding and extremely professional. They did a perfect job on a site that was very difficult and many other Companies would not even offer a bid, one even said it was impossible to do.

We had side steps down to a walkway and a patio all installed by Blue Lake. I am glad that we took the time to be choosy with our contractor selection as Blue Lake's people really did a nice job. Although this was a smaller job, they took great care to do it right. I would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to others.

They were excellent. We had them build a deck,privacy lattice and cement pad. They did an awesome job and it looks awesome!! The owner was very accommodating with our schedule and timeline.
