I reviewed several contractors, met with each of their folks and established that Blue Lake provided the work/professional attitude that I was seeking. We did experience some weather delays, as the season was bad for everybody in 2016, but I was pleased that Blue Lake respected the order of my projects, and sought my permission to reshuffle my projects, before changing our agreed dates.
I was most pleased by the dedication of their staff when they worked past midnight to ensure that my garage pour was done properly. I can also note that they worked well with my other contractors, and respected my decisions to use their competitors for some portions of my projects.
Most importantly to me is that Blue Lake offered the best pricing, by a significant amount, over 2 other estimates. I was confident that they were a reputable organization; and they delivered above my expectations. Thanks for your excellent service and workmanship.
