Men In Kilts Window Cleaning

Had the Men In Kilts out to our rental property since the tenants were not keeping the lawn up to snuff. They did an AWESOME Job! Leandro was great at communicating the needs of the project and the results are just what we needed. We've used Men In Kilts for all of their other services and our kids have really come to enjoy having them the help out around the house. I'd recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

I was not impressed with this company. After providing accurate information as requested for a quote they gave me a price I thought was fair. Based on this quote I booked for the services - Powerwash exterior of house, clean gutters & wash exterior windows and powerwash my front deck to clear off chipping paint. When they showed up (late mind you, when I had a flight to catch) the employee did a quote confirmation - measurements walk around ect. and the price was OVER DOUBLE what they quoted. That in my mind is absolutely ridiculous. I can see a difference in price to some degree but over double??? As I was in a rush due to them being late I requested a price if they did not clean the windows. This quote was still over the quoted price. I said go ahead, I had to go. Returned home to a house that looked no different. There was some sun damage to the exterior of the house so understandbly that cannot be "washed away". But the front deck was untouched as was the back deck... not sure how the back deck was not included in the exterior of the house to be cleaned? The gutters were cleaned, I will give them that. But overall not worth the price and do not trust the quote unless they come on site to provide it. Very dissapointed and would not recommend this company.

Billy did a great job; he was prompt, quick and thorough. Getting the paint off the deck was a nasty job, but, Billy never wavered and was always very polite and pleasant. I was most impressed.

These guys are always very late to our site for snow removal - we've only had 2 big dumps of snow this year and last one I had to go out and shovel the sidewalk - looking like I'm going to have to again today. I'm only giving them a three as we use them for window washing and they're great for that. I'm not happy and we use them a lot... Might be time to look for a new company.

Men in Kilts had been recommended to us by a friend. They do actually wear kilts and are very friendly and enthusiastic. Our home has many large windows and skylights. We hired them to wash the windows both inside and out and the skylights only outside. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the results. They don't use detergent or any other cleaner so they rely on water alone to do the job. There were many streaks and blobs of dirt left on several windows and skylights. The company did contact us for feedback. They sent their crew back to do a better job but again they left so many streaks that we had to clean the windows ourselves.

The vinyl siding was beyond repulsive. Derek spent close to 5 hours cleaning. The dirt was baked in the vinyl so no way around it, he had to stick the nozzle inches from the surface and clean 6" at a time. Then he did all the windows and he didn't cut corners for that either. The house ended up looking fabulous. He did it all with a smile and no complaints about the task. Amazing service, I recommend and I will use their services again.

Men in Kilts was very professional from beginning to end. Booking the appointment was easy and pleasant. I got a reminder phone call a few days before and also about a half an hour before Mic arrived on the day of the service. Mic did a very thorough job and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Did a good job cleaning the windows. Didn't offer to clean the screens like other companies have done for us in the past. Didn't show up on the day the were booked- but think that had been a miscommunication between their truck and the receptionist. We didn't hire them again this year, but they did a fine job. The kilts is a fun touch!

He was very friendly & efficient & I have already recommended your company to several family members for spring when they are thinking of having work done. I had to leave for an appointment, but my daughter was very impressed about how polite he was to her when he was giving her the final invoice. Usually teenagers do not get treated very nicely & as a parent, that really impressed me."

The service was A++ The person showed at the scheduled time and was very curtious. A thorough job was done - I've never seen my windows so clean! I have recommended Men with Kilts to all my family and friends.
