Men in Kilts had been recommended to us by a friend. They do actually wear kilts and are very friendly and enthusiastic. Our home has many large windows and skylights. We hired them to wash the windows both inside and out and the skylights only outside. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the results. They don't use detergent or any other cleaner so they rely on water alone to do the job. There were many streaks and blobs of dirt left on several windows and skylights. The company did contact us for feedback. They sent their crew back to do a better job but again they left so many streaks that we had to clean the windows ourselves.

We have off-white, wall-to-wall carpeting throughout our home which includes 45 stairs. We have used a variety of cleaners over the years with a wide range of pricing. This is our first time using Kirei and we were very satisfied with their service and customer relations. Two employees arrived (on time) and were most courteous and professional. They even cleaned a small carpet in our bathroom for no charge -- where another company wanted to charge us $45 for this. Their pricing was also very competitive given the number of stairs we have. My only reservation is that the carpets took a little longer to dry completely than with some other companies.

Our residential walkway had not been rejuvenated for nearly 30 years. Anything Concrete did a remarkable job powerwashing, repairing and sealing the walkway, leaving it well protected and attractive. It was a messy, demanding job which also required sensitivity to our neighbour's home which is near the walkway. The work was done on time, on the estimated amount and without complaint -- even though it may have been more demanding than anticipated. We sent a letter to the company telling them how pleased we were with the results.

Scott replaced a picture window on the second floor of our home. The job required scaffolding which he had not anticipated and required two men to handle the window. He was efficient, timely and completed the job for the estimated price, even though it was more difficult and time consuming than he had anticipated.
