We replaced most of the windows in our almost 100 year-old home. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Shane in the office was terrific to deal with and happy to discuss design, matching colours, etc. The 3 person crew of installers were so professional! They may have been the most professional and efficient group of tradesmen we have ever dealt with.

We had a wonderful experience with Eco Ottawa, when replacing all of the windows and doors on our home. Eco Ottawa Windows & Doors installed four new windows in my home earlier this summer (2020). The pandemic trashed our schedule, but we all adapted and the job proceeded smoothly. I had ordered wood windows and asked for early delivery so that I could varnish the inside of the frames before the windows were installed. The manufacturing shutdown in Quebec meant that the windows weren't completed until early May. Shane delivered the windows as soon as they were available, and scheduled a date to install three weeks later. There was a manufacturing glitch with one of the windows. Shane coordinated with the local LaFlamme rep to visit, and all is well.
I found Shane and his team responsive throughout the process. The installers were careful and tidy inside and out, and the frames and casings required very little touch-up for a complete return to normal. It is so nice to have these new windows in place, so now all the windows in my house are matching casement style! Thank you to Shane and his crew.

All windows and patio/balcony doors of our 16 condo complex were replaced; 28 doors and 135 windows in total. The work was done in 17 days!! Impeccable safety record. The crew of three are like a well-oiled machine and their workmanship is flawless. All 16 owners are very happy and were impressed by how clean their condos were left after the work was completed. We chose to work with Eco Ottawa Windows and Doors to replace all 13 windows and the front door on our house. After receiving multiple quotes, Shane and his team were the ones with the most bang for our buck, and at the same time they were very confidence inspiring. Shane was great to work with in the quote and sales stages of the project, and Aurelien's install team was friendly, worked well, and took pride in doing a good job. The job site was left as clean as could be expected outside, and indoors there was barely any trace of the work performed (except for the new windows of course!). I am confident that Shane and his team will be there should any issues arise in the near future, and the product warranties cover us for the foreseeable future after that. The new windows and doors truly enhance the comfort and curb appeal of our house - we can't wait to see how the effect will be noticeable during cold winter months. Shane and his team did an amazing job installing new patio doors in our older home - quite the feat, since none of the surfaces are perpendicular! They took extra time to make sure the surround looked fabulous, and colour-matched the exterior with our existing paint. This company delivers quality products, professional and courteous service, and an amazing clean up...all for an extremely competitive price!

Shane took the time to educate me on the current window technology. He answered all my questions on cost, warranty, reliability, workmanship and performance. He got in touch with the window supplier to address some of the technical questions I have.

Communication with the company was clear and prompt, both in the original call for estimate and in the completion of the work. Shane explained the options clearly and helped us make some selections. The team that arrived to work were tidy, courteous and efficient. The windows went in quickly and the team tidied up behind themselves. The windows look great both inside and out and we are amazed by the thermal difference after the new windows were installed. When we are ready to replace more windows, this is the team we will call.

Eco-Ottawa provided one of the best quotes. The window quality appeared to be better or equal to those of other companies. Shane and his crew were pleasant and easy to work with. No hassles with special offers or typical salesman tactics. The crew were hard working and took care to do a good job in a reasonable amount of time.

We had all 10 windows replaced, some with major rotting/insulation issues, added two brand new windows on our main floor and enlarged one window in a basement office, completely changing the feel of the room. Shane (owner) made the process easy from start to finish! He prepared a detailed estimate that was competitive (we weren't looking for the cheapest), answered our many questions, and provided a quality product.

The gentleman that led the team that worked on our house was amazing!! It was obvious he cared about their work, and proactively sought me out to show and explain what they were doing, double checking what it is we wanted, cleaning up after themselves and making sure we were happy with the work at the day's end. They also made sure to put runners down everywhere so as not to dirty the floor.

Once the entire project was finished, Shane came and did a walk-around our entire house, making sure everything was perfect - down to the handles folding in perfectly! And these things should be a no brainer but our experience with other contractors proves it isn't - Shane and his team were polite, showed up on time and professional. I am a very picky client who researches a lot and has high expectations and I would highly recommend working with Shane at Eco Ottawa!
