Rick took the time to walk me through all aspects of the home and pointed out things I would never have thought of. He is VERY thorough, respectable, and his wealth of knowledge and experience comes through in his inspection. As this is my first home I was not sure what to expect but at the end of the inspection my confidence and basic knowledge about home ownership have grown, thanks to Rick for explaining things in a simple way.
