We are happy we chose Rick to do our home inspection. It was easy to schedule our inspection online, he was there on time, and he is very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The inspection itself was very thorough and Rick was very diligent yet efficient. He explained everything along the way while answering any questions we had and providing maintenance tips. Later that day, he sent us the inspection report complete with pictures specifically from our new home and illustrative diagrams to help us understand our home better. The report was concise without unnecessary text which I highly appreciate. We would definitely hire him again if the need arises. Our realtor was very impressed as well and he has seen countless inspections.
