They responded immediately to my request, the roof was fixed in record time. Arthur and his team were very Professional, Polite and pricing was very reasonable.

First, I would have no issue recommending or using the Roof Whisperer again. We've had nothing but a positive experience with all of the people from the company. After calling a few contractors I chose Arthur not because he was the lowest cost provider, he wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, We were looking for a roofing contractor because we noticed a leak coming inside the house. Arthur came and performed a detailed assessment as well as provided me with a detailed quote.

I chose Arthur and his company because he took the time to explain everything to me and provide me with a detailed plan on what needed to be done. He was detailed in his assessment and answered all of my questions. References were there if needed, but I did not reach out.

Arthur gained my trust and at no time did I feel like I was being sold a bill of goods. Arthur's team was also great to deal with. Wayne was very helpful as were the other guys on the team. They were very respectful and worked very hard to get the job finished; and finished right.

The work they did was great and we are happy with the results.

Arthur and Jean were great - they organised to get my badly leaking skylight closed up within 36 hours. They were the only contractor to actually answer their phone, as opposed to an answering service. They were at my house within a few hours, despite the terrible weather conditions. Arthur was poilite and gave a good explanation of what need to be done. Sent me photo's and vidoes of the work done and kept me up to date with the progress.

I would happy to use Arthur and Jean again if I require their services.

We discovered the roofing on a dormer had been damaged by wind on a Sunday evening. Used Homestars for the first time to contact three highly-recommended companies and received bids from all 3 within a day. The Roof Whisperers were slightly cheaper, but it was the thoroughness of the response that sold us. I was in the US the following days and arranged everything via email and phone, which meant I couldn't pay till I returned – not an issue, to the company's credit. The work itself was done when promised while I was away, the job site was tidy after, and the insurance company's own contractor (sent because we were making a claim) noted that Art's work was well done and the price more than fair. What's not to recommend?

I sourced out four contractors to compare price. Arthur from Roof Whisperer was the only one to get up on the roof and take a look first hand. He then proceeded to show examples of previous jobs on his tablet, in this day in age, this is a must! also a pleasure to see.

After choosing Roof Whisperer for the job, their quote was reasonable, and time-frame very flexible. The job was done in expected time, I never came home to any mess, and throughout the job Arthur emailed me pictures of the progress and work done.

Jean was a pleasure to deal with over the phone regarding any scheduling or billing details, and very professional.

This is a well-run business. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

We had a roof leak and Arthur was the only contractor who actually went up on the roof and really investigated the issue. What he recommended was a practical solution and the work was done as quickly as the weather permitted....only time will tell but so far with the crazy weather the leak seems to be fixed.

Arthur and his crew delivered exactly as promised. We received a detailed quote before the work was started. The team was polite, punctual, and professional. They were careful to clean up after their work was done and ensure our satisfaction with the work done.

Had to get my roof repaired. It was going to rain hard later that day. They were the only guys who could come and fix it right away. They were fast, fair and did a good job.

Arthur at The Roof Whisperer did a great job installing a skylight on my roof. Careful, professional job, quick turnaround. Now 9 months later, there have been no leaks or any other problem with the skylight. It makes a huge difference on the top floor of the house, which used to be so dark.
