We were highly impressed with the professional attitude of Harry , he showed us in 3D how the Shower and showed us all the hardware and glass required , gave the estimate on the spot and showed us how the money can be saved. He had all the hardware in stock and we were able to get the post installed in two days and in one week all the glass was delivered. I would recommend him anytime.

We choose Ozone from a Kijiji ad because their quote was comparable to the two others we received and they provided a drawing for the job. The installers did a nice job (the reason for the 1 star) but did not install the job as per the agreed upon written specification, they omitted the louvered glass above the door. Despite several emails to the company for them to rectify the problem, they did not respond at all. Very poor customer service. They were very persistent with follow-up emails when they wanted our business but once they got the job and got paid, complete silence! I guess they don't stand by their product. Unfortunately, we already paid the full amount up front. Stupid us. The installers are actually from a different company - they said they installed what was asked of them. No integrity - run away from this company.
