Great job you and the girls did at my home. Purchased a wagjag voucher and was very pleased at the service, I would highly recommend protech. I now have the cleaners coming on a biweekly service.

I contacted the owner of this company prior to purchasing the coupon as I wanted to ensure I would receive service as I live 10 minutes outside of Calgary. I was assured by TJ the owner that I would. When I was given an appt, they did not show up or call. When I called to inquire about their absence, they did not call me back. when I called a 2nd time, TJ apologized and said he would be there the next morning. He did not show up and did not call. When I called again he said he would have his staff drive all the way to my house for the discounted price. I took 2 days off of work and do not have my carpets cleaned. Kijjjii has only credited my account and they will not refund even though the service was non existent. I would not recommend buying through Kijjii due to their policy. Deal Find is much better. Stay away from Pro Tech. They oversell their services and then can not book you in and mislead you instead of being upfront.

Came to clean livingroom/dining room carpet. Next day saw brown spots left on carpet. Called, said they would come with8in couple days to check out. Did not come. I have since emailed 3 times, two times response was that they are busy but would be out at the end of the week. No reply the third time I emailed. I still have brown spots on my carpet. Do not recommend getting this company!!!!!!!!!!! I got ripped off and I even gave him a tip.
