John did the repairs to my roof a few years ago and was impressed with the quality of service that was performed. So when it was time to have my old roof and gutter replaced I requested John again to do the work. John did gave me some suggestions on what is needed to be done and showed me samples of the work he did in our neighbourhood. He also showed me samples of the materials that he will be using and explained to me the benefits compared to other roofing materials. John is very thorough and very friendly which made it easy for me to decide on which contractor to go with. His crew are all very knowledgeable and polite. Kudos to Leo and his partner who did the gutters. Their workmanship and attention to detail is worth mentioning. Thank you John and crew for a job well done and for leaving my place clean at the end of every day that you worked on the project.

I contacted John at JMT to come and take a look at some roof vents/pipes on our roof, he came to take a look and offered his wonderful advice as to what we should get done. Within the same week John had his guys over doing the repairs/installs on our roof.

John and his crew recently reroofed and added new gutters to our 25 year old cedar shake roof. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. He and his crew were knowledgable, friendly and efficient.Our roof was finished in just a few days and looks fabulous! I would highly recommend John and his crew to anyone considering a new roof or gutters.

John is very knowledgable and honest , best price around and very clean and diligent work , the man is a no nonsense kinda guy, doesnt like beatin around the bush , so he just tells it like is , lets u know what u need , and on top of it all , very reasonable price, i shopped around before i had approached him , most guys around town give you the pitch and all and come up with ridiculous prices and stories , would highly recommend this man and his crew !

The story in brief The roof needed replacement had 20 year old cedar shakes and changed to middle grade GAF high definition TIMBERLINE composite shingle and new gutters/downspouts. John attended to a room leak after a storm and informed us the roof was done as well as our gutters had a bad design that caused backup due to the heavy rain and overflowed into a window surround. We had many quotes with a wide variety of costs for the same comparable product. John and his team showed up and promptly went to work stripping the roof and at the end of each day cleaning up the mess. The re roof took 4 days and each morning/ afternoon John stopped by to inspect the work . The roof done Johns Gutter guys showed up redesigned and installed the new gutters and downspouts /cleanouts and did an amazing job. They even came back at no extra cost to put the side downspouts/cleanouts into the drain pipe that I hadn't had time to finish before they arrived the first day.
The house looks like a new home . Any one who asks I will recommend John /JMT Roofing & Painting and his Crews

We had John and his crew from JMT in to replace our roof. We had our shakes taken off, plywood and duriod installed. Every thing from getting the quote to final inspection was a positive experience. He came right after signing the contract with a large crew of hard working guys, who were approachable and friendly. I would recommend John to anyone looking to have their roof done. Actually I have, he's done my neighbour's roof and two of my friend's too. They were happy too. The price was better than all the competitors too.

Our first project JMT did for us is to replaced our roof and they did a terrific job. After the roof project John came by to inspect the work and one the phone I asked if there is any maintenance tips he can give and any recommendations which lead to John recommending that we should have our gutter replace because it is old (20 years +). Believing in John's professional expertise and thinking the new roof should go with a new gutter I asked john if he can squeeze me in for gutter job as soon as possible. John's crew were able to start a week afterword and finished the job in 2 day. The new gutter looks great and they expand the drain hole from 1 inch to 4 inch to allow more water flow. John is very thoughtful and threw in filters knowing it would help us in the long run and this is while I was hesitated to spend the extra cost. John's crew is skilled, quick on the job and cleans up after each day. The gutter replacement took 2 days and looked amazing. Very happy with JMT and would definitely refer John to anyone that needs reroof regutter or painting and more. My next project (next year) will have to have John come paint our house. Steven & Amy

John arrived predawn and before his crew... By the time the crew arrived John had 3/4 of the old sheeting peeled off.. When I looked out the front window I saw a ton of scraps all over the ground and knew my mom would be horrified about the mess.. When the crew arrived they went straight to work and finished tearing off the old roof..Then the supplies arrived and all that good new material got hoisted up top.. The new ply sheeting went down and so did the water proof paper,.. Before the guys left on day one there was not a scrap of material left on the lawn .. They all pitched in filling the dumpster they brought and left the ground completely cleaned of debris.( no complaints from mother!!.Day 2 the crew arrived in good time and completed the job..They not only did a first class job giving us a new roof, but were also a very cheerful group of fellows with the best manners I ever saw amongst roofers..Thumbs up to John and his crew.. I would recommend JMT inc. not only for their professional sure footed work and attention to details, but also for their polite and friendly attitudes on the job..
